PRODUCTS - QYLARIS™

AI is fundamentally changing where value is created in Surety operations. For decades, organizations have invested significant time and resources building user interfaces, reports, and dashboards. Yet many surety professionals remain frustrated by systems that cannot adapt to their unique business requirements.

The challenge stems from the inherent complexity of the surety industry, which encompasses tens of thousands of bond types, each with distinct underwriting criteria, forms, obligations, and workflows. Traditional platforms were never designed to handle this level of variation and are increasingly constrained by legacy technology, decades of accumulated complexity, and significant technical debt.

Qylaris™
AI-Native Surety Framework

Qylaris is not a legacy application with AI features bolted on. It is an AI-native framework purpose-built for agentic automation and designed from the ground up to address the complexity of the surety industry.

Qylaris leverages AI to dynamically generate user experiences, orchestrate workflows, and power intelligent agents that adapt to the unique requirements of each insurer, broker, and agency. Rather than forcing users to conform to rigid workflows and predefined screens, the platform continuously adjusts to business processes, underwriting requirements, and operational context.  It shifts the focus from software automation to workforce automation.

Native integration with Loxentra Claims and Loxentra Bureau extends Qylaris beyond workflow automation into a comprehensive Surety Intelligence Layer. Together, these platforms provide the operational context, risk data, and industry insights required to train, govern, and continuously improve the digital workforce powering the future of surety.

Qylaris™ Agentic
Surety Specific AI Agents

Most surety systems were architected for a rules-based world. Their rigid workflows, hard-coded logic, and no-code configuration frameworks were designed well before the emergence of AI-native computing, making transformation difficult and costly.

The Qylaris framework enables insurance, brokers and agencies to build a digital workforce of AI agents that collaborate with surety professionals to automate underwriting, servicing, compliance, and operational processes. These agents continuously learn, evolve and scale from interactions and outcomes, becoming more capable, accurate, and autonomous over time.

Qylaris™ Unity
Single Point of Entry to Surety Carrier Portals

Insurers must capture the chain of thought, decision rationale, and operational context necessary to reliably train their AI models.  To do so, they need agents to interact via their agency portals.  Surety agents are resistant to giving up their underwriting authority because doing so often comes at the expense of efficiency and customer control.   However, agents are willing to embrace a portal-first model if insurers deliver a substantially better operating experience.  To drive adoption, insurers must provide several capabilities (1) a single sign-on experience that provides access to all appointed surety carrier portals through a single interface, (2) a consolidated portfolio view displaying all accounts, bonds, and activities across every carrier relationship.

Qylaris™ Flow
Insurer-to-Agency Surety Transaction Synchronization

Surety brokers and agencies often struggle to keep their agency management and accounting systems current. Many still rely on cumbersome, manual data entry processes to record accounts, bonds, premiums, commissions, and transaction activity across multiple carrier relationships.  Another powerful driver of agency portal adoption is automatic synchronization of surety transactions. By connecting carrier portals directly to agency systems, insurers transform portals from a being their necessity into a valuable part of the agency's daily workflow. The result is higher portal adoption, richer operational data, and the foundation needed to support AI-driven automation across the surety ecosystem.

Note: SuretyScience is launching Qylaris with a limited group of early‑access insurers, brokers and agencies. Once this initial phase is complete, the platform will be opened to the broader Surety community.
